Donald Trump is the current President of the U.S. Trump was elected in 2016, defeating Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, losing the popular vote, but winning the decisive electoral college vote 304 to 227. Before becoming president, he was a businessman and television personality. Current Vice President Mike Pence is once again Trump’s Republican running mate. Trump’s re-election campaign is focused on economic growth following the COVID-19 induced downturn, law and order, and tough immigration policies.

Joe Biden

Former Vice President
Democrat
Joe Biden served as Vice President alongside the U.S. Democratic President Barack Obama from 2009 to 2017. Before his term as Vice President, he served as a U.S. Senator from Delaware from 1973 to 2009. Since his nomination as the Democratic presidential nominee, he selected U.S. Senator Kamala Harris as his running mate for Vice President. Biden’s presidential campaign focuses on environmental protection and safeguarding the 2010 Affordable Care Act, which expanded medical coverage to millions of Americans.
